A fume and dust extractor range suitable for the filtration of fumes and dust deriving from all kinds of machining processes. Air entry: air enters into the fume and dust extractor's calming chamber which serves to slow down the air speed, enabling the collection and precipitation of the pollulant particles; Pre-filter: Smoky fume and dust extractor is fitted with a special, pre-filtration section consisting in different kinds of filter media (reusable or non) depending on the type of pullulant being treated; Main filter: a folded cartridge filter with a wide filtration surface and high filtration efficiency, able to capture the finest pullulant particles. The cartridge is covered by a coalescent sleeve which serves to prolong its life; Air exit: the filtered air is reintroduced into the working environment (absolute HEPA filter, class H13, available upon request). MODULAR Three models with different motor powers and flowrates to suitably match the fume and dust extractor to the machining application.
