A wide range of self-cleaning dust extractors and industrial dedusters, specifically conceived to capture machining dust at the production source, avoiding dispersion of dangerous pollutants into the working environment. Air entry: air enters into the dust extractor's calming chamber which serves to slow down the air speed and enable the heavier dust particles to fall into a collecting bin located at the base of the unit; Main filtration: The finer dust particles go upwards and through a section fitted with folded cartridges with a wide filtration surface, able to withold the finest impurities. The cartridges maintain their filtration efficiency thanks to a compressed air counter-washing system which is managed by an extremely advanced cyclic programmer; Post filtration (optional): If present, the air continues through an absolute HEPA filter with very high efficiency, H13 classification; Air exit: the filtered air is reintroduced into the working environment or channeled externally by means of an air expulsion chimney. MAXIMUM CONTROL The Stardust dust extractor is standard equipped with an innovative electronic control unit for continuous monitoring of the clogging status of the filters and for the intelligent management of the cleaning cycles.
