The 80A multi-function energy meters, Types 7M.38.8.400.0112, 7M.38.8.400.0212 and 7M.38.8.400.0312 are MID certified devices rated at 80 A, 70 °C and are for three-phase (3 or 4-wire) and single-phase systems. These meters are the ideal device for electric vehicle charging stations. They are distinguished by the backlit matrix display, the multi-function touch key and the sealable tamperproof terminal shield. They will display and store both total and partial (resettable) energy consumption, and display the following real-time values: V, A, PF, kW, kVA, kvar, Hz, THD V, THD A, phase angle and direction of power flow.
