The GZ1000 counterbalanced crane is a compact mobile equipment designed to lift loads of up to 1000 kg. This type of crane is ideal for use in industrial or logistics environments, where a mobile and flexible lifting solution is required. It is equipped with a 200 mm diameter nylon wheel tiller, which allows the crane to be easily steered on itself. This detail offers great ease of movement and positioning even in restricted areas, thanks also to the 800 mm frontal footprint. Structure made entirely of painted steel, equipped with two practical fork supports at the base, ideal for lifting and transporting the crane over long distances with a forklift. The lifting of the arm is carried out via a double-acting manual pump and the descent of the load is adjustable, thanks to the rotation of an ergonomic knob, which allows precise speed control. The hydraulic system is equipped with a blocking valve that prevents the descent of the load in the event of accidental pipe breakage and a safety valve that protects the crane from overload. The boom is adjustable in four different positions and, thanks to an optional extension, it is possible to reach an overhang of up to 2000 mm. This crane is particularly suitable for the assembly and disassembly of mechanical parts that require frequent maintenance and the assembly of components on industrial machinery. The GZ 1000 crane facilitates these operations, reducing the physical workload and allowing rapid and safe interventions.
