Overview
Duo-grip is a battery-powered under-hook vacuum lifter designed for safe, ergonomic and efficient handling of flat materials with smooth or vacuum-compatible surfaces. Compact and easy to integrate into production processes, it enables lifting, handling, tilting and positioning of panels, sheets, glass, marble, stone, ceramic, doors and industrial components, reducing manual effort and improving workplace safety.

Power and operation
The unit is powered by interchangeable batteries, allowing cable-free use and operational freedom in production areas, workshops, construction sites, warehouses and assembly zones. Interchangeable batteries ensure continuous operation and reduced downtime.

Configuration and capacity
In the standard configuration Duo-grip has two suction cups and provides a capacity up to 200 kg. It can be configured with extensions and higher-performance suction cups to increase capacity and contact area, reaching a maximum capacity of up to 600 kg depending on the chosen configuration.

Tilting and rotation
It allows manual tilting of the load from 0° to 90° to switch between horizontal and vertical handling. An electrically actuated tilt to lock inclination at various steps is available as an option. Manual rotation with 45° locking is also available as an optional feature.

Suction cups and adaptability
The system can be equipped with different types of suction cups selected according to the material, surface of the load and working conditions (glass, panels, sheets, marble, stone, ceramic, plastic surfaces, industrial components). Custom configurations are possible for rough, slightly irregular, wet or delicate surfaces.

Integration with lifting systems
Duo-grip is designed for under-hook installation and can be fitted to cranes, mini-cranes, hoists, overhead cranes, spreader beams and other suitable lifting systems, converting them into vacuum handling solutions.
