Flexicon's Bulk-Out® Bulk Bag Dischargers come in a wide range of frame configurations. Some of these configurations include the BFF Series, integrated with bag lifting frames for forklift bulk bag (FIBC) loading and unloading purposes, and the BFC Series. The BFC Series features cantilevered I-beams, electric hoists, and trolleys. Models in this series are capable of loading and unloading bulk bags without the aid of forklifts. Other configurations of these dischargers include split frames (low headroom spaces), half frames, hoistable frames, continuous loss-of-weight unloaders, and more. They feature patented accessory components, such as integral flow promotion devices, and bulk bag conditioners. These conditioners relaxes solidified bulk solid materials, enabling bulk bag unloaders to discharge the material through bag spout receptacles.
