The whole of our housing unit is deliverable with or without ball bearing. FLI LINEAR HOUSING UNITS IN ALUMINUM FOR COMPACT LINEAR BEARINGS The housing units for compact series bearing are produced in high strength aluminum alloy. They are available in two versions: • Closed type with single bearing unit SA.. • Closed type with tandem bearings unit NSTA.. Housing assembly The assembly and retention of the units can be accomplished using bolts per (DIN 912 - 8.8). FLI LINEAR HOUSING UNITS IN ALUMNINUM ALLOY WITH BALLBUSHING The housing units product are available in aluminium alloy and in cats iron, open type, tandem.... We can mounted with all our linear bearings type in : Steel, Stainless steel, Self-aligning, Plain bearings,... Lubrication The units can be ordered with the re-lubrication feature (AS suffix). Tandem units have a single lubrication point, located between the bearings. The housings in cast iron are not suitable for lubrication. Bearing assembly The linear bearings are retained axially and prevented from rotating inside the housing unit by screws. In some cases the axial retention is accomplished using retaining rings (housings S2B, S2J, SGF, SG, SGJ). Housing assembly The assembly and retention of the units can be accomplished using bolts per (DIN 912 - 8.8).
