Our dry bulk rotary samplers are designed to minimise maintenance while delivering reliable, accurate results from falling streams of ore and other free‑flowing materials. Self‑contained and hard‑wearing, units incorporate easily replaceable cutters and large access doors, and are engineered to meet global sampling guidelines.

Product range and models

• Essa® Vezin Samplers (VS): Square design for straightforward installation and flat wear liners. Enclosed rotating cutter moves at constant speed through the falling sample stream. Options: internal rubber lining and automatic washdown. Key features: up to four cutters; replaceable Ni‑Hard cutter lips; fixed‑speed three‑phase electric motor and gearbox.
• Essa® Dry Arcual Samplers (DAS): Fully enclosed unit with a traversing radial sample cutter that moves uniformly through a falling stream. Designed for vertical pipe installation with flanged connections. Key features: cutter spoon collects the required sample amount; replaceable Ni‑Hard cutter lips; fixed‑speed motor and gearbox.
• Essa® Rotary Tube Sampler (RTS): Distributes sample between multiple discharge chutes at the base for multiple outputs. Comprises a head platform with a braked gear motor and belt drive to rotate a material chute (tube). Key features: flexible percentage split options; replaceable cutter blades enclosed in the outfeed chute; easily replaceable cutter lip assemblies.
