PULL’n’CATCH® is a new air suction and filtration system from the GreenBlow® line that combines precision and accuracy in cleaning with high safety standards for industrial environments. The PUSH’PULL’n’CATCH® system includes all necessary components—blowers, air knives, hoods, and cyclones—designed to remove residues and dust (including crystalline silica) from various surfaces with great accuracy, ensuring high final product quality. Thanks to the use of HEPA filters and Predictive Maintenance systems that signal when filter replacement is needed, it guarantees a high level of safety for workers by preventing the inhalation of potentially carcinogenic substances such as PM2.5 and PM10, while also eliminating bacteria and viruses from the workplace. The PUSH’PULL’n’CATCH® system is fully autonomous and modular: the various components can be easily assembled and used individually, even on existing systems, adapting to customer needs. To the existing GreenBlow® product line—which was originally focused on air blowing (PUSH)—the following components have been added: (PULL) Suction Hood: consists of a plastic suction manifold combined with two side aluminum profiles, which can be supplied in custom lengths to fit any production line. (CATCH) Cyclone: separates most of the dust collected by the hood from the incoming airflow. It can be configured with an integrated tank or with an outlet pipe connected to a centralized dust collection unit.
