Micron+ is a hot melt melter designed for Industry 4.0, providing precise melting and controlled dispensing of hot-melt adhesives. The equipment emphasises homogeneous temperature distribution, adhesive preservation, low maintenance and seamless integration into production lines.

Energy efficiency and maintenance
Reduces electrical consumption by up to 60% compared with competitors. Sequential heating and uniform temperature distribution ensure efficient melting and protect adhesive properties. The design facilitates easy loading and cleaning to keep maintenance time and costs low.

Connectivity and monitoring
Multiple connectivity options enable remote control from any device. Supports a wide range of industrial communication protocols. Data monitoring and logging allow status checks, diagnostics and remote maintenance.

Usability and safety
Advanced usability via a 7" touchscreen HMI with optional removable interface for remote operation. Configurable outputs and cool-touch housings simplify loading and cleaning while protecting operators and reducing downtime.

Integration
Designed for easy integration into the main machine; the unit can be controlled from a single interface through online interconnection and synchronised with other production equipment.
