Welding device for frames with turning function- ergonomic, precise and fast. Our frame welding jigs are specially designed for the production of right-angled frames, without time-consuming measuring. The guaranteed right-angled adjustment of the frame width and frame height eliminates all work steps of measuring and aligning. Mechanical clamping elements with spindle pressure support the compensation of unevenness. Set up - insert frame elements - clamp - weld - done. Supports with exposed corners on the top and bottom ensure maximum accessibility for machining. The built-in 360 degree rotation function assists in welding through both sides of the frame as well as its finishing at the weld seam without time-consuming handling processes. An optional measuring system with digital display reduces the set-up time considerably. Further equipment for the assembly of intermediate struts or add-on elements is available in our accessories.
