Description

The stainless steel design, a worm shaft with pipe core and coils made a specially profiled metal sheet, prepare the feet for the feet skinner. The scalding time depending on the worm shaft speed is adjustable. The scalding temperature needs to be between 50 °C - 70 °C for optimal deskinning. Key Benefit: • Allows for a maximum of 24,000 feet (12,000 birds) per hour. NOTE: - Capacity 12.000 / 18000 / 24000 feet per hour - Hot water or steam can be used as a supply medium. - The spiral feet scalder does not has its a own heating system.
