Product Description Rapid Decon Stations enable the off-line sterilisation of e.g. monitoring material. The material is sterilised in the station by means of the integrated H2O2 gas supply system. Subsequently, the material can be transported by means of RTP-containers, e.g. to a filling machine. The RDS is particularly well suited for the provision of monitoring material to isolators while filling extensive lot sizes, i.e. campaign production. Technical Details Rapid Decon Station (RDS) • Fully welded stainless steel housing in a single-wall construction and return air ducts • Folding, electrically monitored, front panel of safety glass with pneumatic springs, pressure-controlled pneumatic seals and glove ports (glove material: CSM) • Bars for hanging materials • Laminar air flow recirculation system and positive pressure control by means of supply and exhaust air units • Gas-tight, electrically operated butterfly valves on the supply air and exhaust air side • Integrated H2O2 gas supply system with gas directly injected (DIS = direct injection system) below the fabric frame for an effective and stable sterilisation process with short cycle times • Cycle time: approx. 30 minutes • Integrated catalysts for flushing after gassing with H2O2 (no connection to the on-site ventilation system required) • Automatic pressure decay test • Leakage rate: 2 vol%/h • LED lighting • Integrated PLC control system with 15“ touch panel • Recording of process data • Technical documentation according to the Machinery Directive • Qualification documentation • GMP-/FDA-compliant design • CE declaration of conformity
