Description Z.Tex 9605 is a one component adhesive suitable for bonding leathers, fabrics, non wovens, synthetics for lining and upper, tips, counters. Available in three viscosity grades for application by brush, roller or spray device. Z.Tex 9605 exibites significant benefits both on the application point and on the performance one: • Can be applied “one way” • Fast drying • Good contactability at cold • Low penetration in porous substrates • It can be used as two component for heat resistance application Applications For lining, folding, tips bonding, for closing room assembly and leather goods. Characteristics Composition : polyurethane resin in water dispersion Mode of setting : by evaporation of water Colour : dispersion is white, turning transparent when drying. Solvents : solventless adhesive Components : one componenet; il can be added with 4-5% of VKD to improve heat resistance Technical data VERSION S Spray R Roller spreader B Brush Viscosity mPa.s (Brookfield sp.4 speed 50 at 25°C) < 200 4 00-800 700-1200 Method of use Application: apply the glue in an even coat onto one side by brush (version P) or by roller spreader (version R) or spray device (version S) with a nozzle of 1,8 - 2,2 mm and pressure 2-3 bar. Prevent the formation of hoarding and drops. It can be also applyed bothsides, if required. Drying Time and assembly: using spray version it is recommnded to press immediately the parts, at wet. Longer time, up to 3-4 minutes, are allowed with roller spreader or by brush, applying the adhesive onto both sides to join. With synthetics it is suitable to apply the adhesives onto both parts, allowing to dry 5-10’.
