The printALL005 is a manual stencil printer with a stable base frame that produces reproducible prints for feature sizes down to 0.5 mm. Its solid construction ensures easy handling and consistent results, making it suitable for prototype manufacturing and small series production.

Functionality
The basic model supports printing on single- and double-sided PCBs. PCBs are placed on the base plate and mechanically fixed using adjustable holders. X-Y and theta positioning are set with knurled screws. A parallel lift guarantees clean separation of PCB and stencil and a precise print image.
