Description

Overview
The STARFIRE® SG1024 C-Series LC is a single-pass printhead engineered for ceramic decoration and industrial single-pass or high-speed scanning systems. Designed for integration into production lines, it supports oil- and solvent-based ceramic inks and includes integrated temperature control and sensor for stable operation.

  • VersaDrop: binary and greyscale multi-drop control from a single head
  • Drop sizes from 6 to 200 pL depending on variant (XSC/SC/MC/LC/MCHF/LCHF)
  • REDIJET® ink recirculation with optional high-flow recirculation for glazes and demanding fluids
  • Metal nozzle plate, replaceable for abrasion resistance
  • Integrated temperature control and sensor; operating temperature up to 50°C (122°F)
