Flat immersion heater Galvatherm® - hors gel

Our flat immersion heaters with optional feet, cable gland and PT100 probe are particularly suitable for keeping unstirred liquid storage tanks, of all sizes with or without retention, frost free. The installation is done through the inspection hatch. A manhole with a minimum diameter of 500 mm is sufficient for the passage of the device. We offer two types of immersion heaters: Our A-mounted immersion heater which is particularly suitable up to 6 kW. Standard configuration: Teflon® FEP insulated heating cable on PP, PVDF, FEP coated metal frame or stainless steel frame. Optional feet: PP, PVDF, PTFE or stainless steel. Our Montage F all-plastic immersion heater which is particularly suitable above 6 kW. Standard configuration: Teflon® FEP insulated heating cable on PP or PVDF frame. Optional feet: PP or PVDF. The immersion heater is installed without intervention through the inspection hatch on a full tank. For an optimised and quick use of the unit we recommend the addition of a cable gland installed on the non-heating cable and a PT100 sensor coated with Teflon® FEP mounted on the immersion heater. Feet can be fitted on either side of the heating element for installation in a full tank.
