Overview
Recommended for tank truck, barge, ship or storage-tank transfer of food products including animal fat, vegetable oil and other edible oils up to +230°F (+110°C) where an FDA-sanitary hose is required. Also suitable for dairy products such as ice cream that require 3A–Class 3 sanitary standards.

Features

• Special white FDA food-grade nitrile tube and cover (Sanitron™) providing high flexibility across extreme temperatures (-40°F / -40°C to +230°F / +110°C continuous service).
• Lightweight design offers greater flexibility and handling ease compared with typical food hoses.
• Sanitron™ tube imparts no taste to consumables.
• Monofilament helix construction resists crushing and kinking; helix is built on polished stainless steel mandrels to prevent rust.
• Excellent resistance to oil-based food media (animal fats, vegetable and edible oils).
• Compliant with sanitary FDA requirements and 3A–Class 3 standards.
