OverviewRecommended for tank truck, barge, ship or storage tank transfer of a variety of chemical products. Chem Master™ Xtreme™ FEP features a Fluoroethylene propylene (FEP) tube and is available with a wire helix for full suction capability or a monofilament helix (CR) for suction and crush resistance. The hose assembly is backed by Gates Gatron™ at the coupling to improve flex fatigue safety. Designed for easy cleaning in a 10% NaOH bath at +212°F (+100°C); cleaning-in-place (CIP) methods can be used. Suitable for most basic chemicals used across industries.
Key features- CAUTION: Chem Master™ Xtreme™ FEP CR is rated to withstand fluid temperatures up to +300°F (+149°C); actual rating depends on the specific chemical conveyed.
- Chem Master™ Xtreme™ FEP CR uses a monofilament helix to provide suction capability and increased crush resistance.
- Meets FDA requirements for applicable contact surfaces.
- Compatible with commercially available biodiesel fuels up to B-100.
