Particle Monitoring is the first remotely manageable optical particle counter. It can monitor the cleanliness of oil in real-time, 24/7, particularly focusing on ISO 4406 and NAS 1638 contamination classes. Our dedicated GattiFuture platform allows users to access “live” data and download trends whenever desired. In case of an anomaly, the sensor sends an alert to the customer, our laboratory, and the GFL operations center, which intervenes promptly. All our sensors are produced internally, branded Gatti Filtrazioni Lubrificanti, and are installed, maintained, and monitored by our qualified staff. The Particle Monitoring particle counters are used with mineral oils, synthetic oils, and biodegradable oils.
