Description
The Polaron scraped surface heat exchanger (SSHE) is specifically designed for the fat crystallisation industry.
The machine has excellent cooling capacity with CO2 as cooling refrigerant for fat crystallization. Safe separation of refrigerant liquid from gas is secured by an internal return line vessel system. An exact liquid level control in the cooling jacket ensures efficient performance of the cooling system.
