Centrifugal spinning table feed system for high capacity planing lines. Infeed via lifting-/tilting unit for the pallets, either for controlled feeding layer-by-layer (upper fig.) or for full feed of the complete pallet (fig. below) incl. additional distribution belt conveyor. The rough material is controlled in volume and fed on the spinning table for alignment. From here they are exported in line. Precise feed speed control into the following machines by driven outfeed roller. Perfect automation even for random length. Feed speed beyond 50 m/min. depending on block length, version and size of the spinning table.. Depending on version designed for block lengths from 200 (150) up to 500 (750) mm and palette sizes up to 2000 x 1500 x 1500 mm. Ideal for rough material stacked without drying sticks, manual separation of the drying sticks possible at the transfer belt. On request with automatic pallet changer, additional dust exhaust devices or safety systems, complete or ready and prepared for later extension. Opional On request with options: - Metal detector and autom. ejector (fig. right) - Online-dimensional control (thickness/width) with - Lasersensors (incl. evaluatiuon of bending/twisting) or - Online-moisture control incl. ejector.
