Gerotto has developed over the years a wide range of ATEX and IECEx CCTV solutions to ensure effective remote control of robots. Thanks to intrinsically safe solutions consisting of Atex Zone 0 cameras, adjustable LEDs and monitors of different sizes, Gerotto guarantees a real-time view of operations. The possibility of mounting this equipment on hydraulic arms allows for maximum visibility inside confined spaces, without sacrificing compact dimensions ideal for entering tank manholes. - Configuration: Monitor 19'' + 2 or 3 cameras Two options for full visibility, thanks to an ATEX and IECEx Zone 1-certified 19″ explosion-proof monitor, two ATEX and IECEx Zone 0-certified directional LEDs, two robot-mounted Zone 0 cameras, plus the option of a separate Pan&Tilt camera to be mounted on the manhole for an even greater viewing range. The cameras are equipped with an autonomous washing system to work even in the presence of splashes. All components are ATEX and IECEx certified and can work in the -20°C/+60°C temperature range. - Configuration: Dual 19'' monitors + 2 or 3 cameras Two ATEX and IECEx Zone 1 certified 19″ explosion-proof monitors provide a detailed and extensive view of the operations performed by the robot.
