The mcdRec is a multi-channel data recorder with Ethernet-CPU and 9 cPCI slots. It has 48 to 168 differential microphone channels and can be outfitted to connect any external sensors that are required for your analysis needs. All channels are recorded synchronously at a sampling rate of up to 192 kHz. The mcdRec is a powerful and proven solution to record and relate data to the acoustic results. The data recorder is the heart of the basic Acoustic Camera Pro system, which also consists of a microphone array, and a notebook or other workstation with the analysis software NoiseImage. Customizable to your needs This data-recording device was developed especially for use with the Acoustic Camera. It facilitates high sampling frequencies and high numbers of channels. In addition to the microphone signals, other parameters can be recorded in analog or digital format. The distinguishing feature of this data recorder is the scalability of the microphone channel number and the interface. The datarecorder is equipped with a wide-range AC power supply that allows operation around the world (from 90 to 240 V). Parallel operation of multiple arrays is possible as well as the ability to operate parallel mcdRec´s.
