The GIMAT Bag emptying station is a fixed or wheeled containment bag emptying station. The series comprises of model G1, G2, G3 and G4 varying in height. The outer body is made of robust carbon steel and coated in EPOX, optionally stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 is also available. These hoppers are also available in custom-made dimensions and capacity as per customer requirement. These hoppers come in three major versions: TPA which has an asymmetric pyramid trunk for inclined pick-up, TPS which has a symmetric pyramid trunk for horizontal pick-up and TCC which houses a cylindrical-conical hopper for inclined pick-up. The unit features level indicators accommodating a rotary blade, capacitive sensors, diaphragm level indicators etc. This station also comes with a hood fitted for connection to the customer’s dust suction system. Alternatively, the hoods are available with dust suction systems by means of centrifuge fans for uptaking the powders and cleaning the filtering sleeves. This process is ensured by counter-current and compressed air.
