The KTS-V sizes from 600 - 1,200 mm diameter can also be manufactured alternatively with the screen structure of the KTS tumbler screening machines, for example to meet the requirements for processing certain high-quality food or pharmaceutical products. The drive is provided by a directly flange-mounted vibration motor in the centre below the machine body. The screen body can vibrate freely and three-dimensionally thanks to the displacement via precisely tuned springs. The difference to the KTS tumbler screening machine lies in the three to four times higher acceleration with comparatively low amplitude. As this becomes smaller with each additional screen deck upwards, only 3 screens can be installed per machine.
