This laboratory sieve shaker can be used for analyzing fine, dry, powdery and electrostatically charged products. The device is connected to a cIndustrial vacuum cleaner, into which the sieve passage is later retained. A small amount of the product to be analyzed is weighed onto an analysis sieve, which is then sealed airtight with an acrylic glass lid. After setting the relatively short sieving time of 3-5 minutes and pressing the start button, the sieving process begins. The rotating nozzle blade shifts the product and at the same time blows the screen mesh clean from below. The vacuum generated by the vacuum cleaner draws the fine product through the sieve and separates it from the air in the vacuum cleaner bag. Thanks to the built-in three-way valve, the desired vacuum can always be adjusted quickly and precisely. The appliance switches off automatically after the set time has elapsed. The sieve residue is then balanced.
