Combi Honing / Surface QualityCombi Honing enables finishing of two gears on a single workpiece in one setup. The integrated B‑axis compensates the center offset between honing rings and allows phase alignment. Using two different honing rings (roughing + finishing) in one setup yields excellent surface quality and process efficiency.
AutomationAutomation concepts are engineered for fast loading into a compact work area. Solutions support fully automated cells as well as manual or semi-automatic loading depending on customer requirements.
