Overview
The 80PS is engineered for power skiving, hobbing and profile milling of small internal and external gears. It is supplied with a configuration package optimized for production of humanoid robotic gears.

Applications
The 80PS machines internal and external gears used in strain wave (harmonic), planetary and cycloidal gearboxes for humanoid robots, and other high‑precision small‑gear applications.

Hobbing and power skiving in one machine
The 80PS converts to hobbing mode in under two minutes, enabling selection of the most suitable and economical process for each application.

Cutting demanding parts
Thin‑walled and delicate components with internal or external gearing can be machined by power skiving or hobbing while controlling distortion and dimensional deviation to tight tolerances.

Complete high‑precision system
Delivered as a complete solution: pre‑configured machine, adapted workholding and high‑precision carbide tooling for hobbing and power skiving to achieve precise actuation and durable gearboxes.
