Description

Overview
The Telebrineller system is a low-cost, easy-to-use field kit based on established metallurgical practice with over fifty years of application in site testing.

Simple operation
A single hammer blow creates impressions that are measured and entered into the supplied calculation tool. No specialized training is required; operators can determine Brinell Hardness Number (BHN) reliably after brief familiarization.

Certified accuracy
Core test bars are calibrated to a uniform hardness within 3% of the labeled BHN. Bar hardness is measured on certified equipment with accuracy traceable to the National Standards Institute. The Telebrineller microscope is by Leica; readings can be taken to 0.05 millimetres.

Field-ready construction
Designed for on-site use with no delicate adjustments. Components are durable and engineered to deliver consistent measurements in varied weather and the roughest field conditions.
