Description

GMN offers a complete range of sizes, types and designs with its spindle ball bearings in standard sizes S, SM and KH. GMN offers high-quality and cost-efficient spindle bearing solutions for a variety of operating-related requirements on the basis of its broad offering. The GMN KH series provides outstanding characteristics in regards to RPM, life expectancy and cost-effectiveness thanks to its optimized bearing geometry. Sealed: with grease life lubrication (standard lubrication Lubcon HS Turmogrease L252 or customer-specific greasing) Open: for oil lubrication Optimized for highest speeds Low operating temperature due to optimized raceway geometry High operational safety with temperature influence due to high radial bearing clearance Optimized ratio of the number of balls and the ball diameter to the load rating Optimized internal geometry regarding grease space and oil lubrication Standard contact angles are 15°, 17° and 25° No speed reduction thanks to non-contact seals (seals are temperature-stable up to 120 °C) No grease outlet for vertical or inclined installation position Reduced grease desiccation due to ventilation Saves additional sealing elements Less sensitive to assembly site contamination Reference speed factor n x dm = 2.1 x 106 mm/min Also available as hybrid ball bearings
