Overview
The MetaQuip Desktop Cliche is a compact desktop laser engraving machine designed for fast, flexible and cost-effective production of pad-printing clichés. The closed desktop unit operates quietly and includes an industrial air extraction system with HEPA filtration to maintain a clean working environment.

Operation & Software
The machine uses a pulsed high-energy Raycus fiber laser (1064 nm) with an XY scanning head. Focus height is adjusted manually according to workpiece height. Controlled from a computer using supplied EzCAD software; LightBurn is available as an option. Supported formats: AI, DXF, BMP, JPG, PNG, TIF and common vector/image formats. Software supports TrueType/SHX/JSF/DMF fonts, barcodes, variable text and basic IO functions.
