Overview
Sample kit of six popular engraving materials to validate laser and rotary engraving workflows. Each panel measures 200 x 300 mm and includes ready-to-use .GVT job files to reproduce representative applications and tune machine parameters.

What's in the pack

• 6 material sample panels (200 x 300 mm): Gravoply™ Laser, Flexilase™, Gravoglas™ 1, Gravolase™ Metallics, Gravoxal™, Acrylics.
• One or more ready-to-use engraving job files (.GVT) per material for raster engraving, vector engraving and cutting where applicable.

Included materials (summary)

• Gravoply™ Laser — two-layer engraving plastic optimized for laser: fast engraving and high contrast between cap and core.
• Flexilase™ — thin flexible laserable plastic for curved surfaces and labels.
• Gravoglas™ 1 — two-layer acrylic for clear engraving effects and paint filling; used for professional plates and indoor signage.
• Gravolase™ Metallics — two-layer metallic-look plastic for laser producing metallic finishes without metal machining.
• Gravoxal™ — anodized aluminum for durable markings, suitable for industrial nameplates and rating plates.
• Acrylics — cast acrylic sheets for engraving and cutting (trophies, displays, decorative signage).

Dedicated engraving parameters (indicative)
Parameters are provided as starting points (LS100 40W reference). Adjust power, speed, DPI and focus according to your machine, lens and material batch.

• Gravoply™ Laser — Raster 40% / Vector 10% / Cut 100%; Speed examples: raster 100% / cut 28%; DPI 500.
• Flexilase™ — Raster 30% / Vector 10% / Cut 100%; Speed examples: raster 100% / cut 15%; DPI 500.
• Gravoglas™ 1 — Raster 80% / Vector 80% / Cut 100%; Speed examples: raster 40% / cut 10%; DPI 500; some jobs use 3.0 mm focus offset.
• Acrylics — Raster 60% / Vector 30% / Cut 100%; Speed examples: raster 100% / cut 8%; DPI 500.
• Gravolase™ Metallics — Raster 40% / Vector 10% / Cut 70%; Speed examples: raster 100% / cut 40%; DPI 500.
• Gravoxal™ — Raster 50% / Vector 30% (no cutting); Speed examples: 100%; DPI 500.

How to use

• Start with the provided .GVT files to validate settings and reproduce example applications on each sample panel.
• Compare raster vs vector outputs and test cutting parameters where applicable.
• Use the samples to evaluate contrast, finish and durability for signage, badges, plaques, trophies and labels.
