The BEKA F-Series is designed for the supply of greases up to NLGI-2 in a centralised lubrication system. The F-Series is the ultimate solution for industrial applications that require a larger quantity of lubricant as a progressive, dual-line or multi-line system. The F series comprises three pump models, the F6, the F-Super and the F-Super 3, and is available with different tank capacities. The pump can be driven by the machine to be lubricated or by its own geared motor. The delivery rate of the pumps depends on the pump elements used. The PE60, 120 and 170 have a fixed flow rate. The PE 120V and 560V, which is only available for the F-Super 3, can be adjusted. The pumps in the F series differ in their maximum pressure. The F-Super 3 is the actual high-pressure pump within the series and can reach a maximum operating pressure of 400 bar. The pressure relief valve on the pump elements protects the system from overloading. These pumps require very little maintenance. Refilling is carried out simply by opening the tank cover or via the filling connection. Of course, the pumps are also available with minimum fill level monitoring.
