E/PEINTISO INSULATING PAINT MIDSUN® FOR ELECTRICAL PROTECTION (3.7 LITERS) MIDSUN® E/PEINTISO insulating paint increases the insulation and dielectricity of the material to which it is applied. Made of silicone, it reduces or even eliminates the phenomena of leakage current and arcing, thus reducing the risk of electrification and electrocution. The E/PEINTISO offers a high dielectric rigidity which is essential for efficient insulation. insulating paint can be applied by paintbrush, roll or sprayer whithout dilution. When applied in a single layer of 0,762 mm (dry measure) on metal surfaces, it offers an insulation resistance of 10 kV. Applied to both extremities of electrical insulators, metal support structures and high and medium voltage gantries, bushings or cable heads, it provides sufficient electrical insulation to prevent damage from animals. E/PEINTISO adds strong weathering protection to insulating structures that are made of plastics, fibreglass or metals, such as posts, bushings, condensers, isolators, transformer and cable accessories.
