The GTL-Packaging automatic washing machines and modules are intended for rinsing and disinfection of the containers before product filling. They are manufactured as a part of triblocks, or as a separate machine. Depending on the capacity of the automatic machine they could be fit with plastic or metal neck bottle clamps. Also it is possible to use clamps of special design to work with containers of different diameter and shape. The automatic machines work with different types of cleaning solutions (ozonized water, peroxide solution, sterile water and other.). Depending on customer’s requirements the automatic machines could be completed with ventilation system, recirculation system and maintaining concentration system of cleaning solution. The machines are able to perform alternate supply of two cleaning solutions.
