Compact metallizing system CVA 190 L

Overview
The CVA 190 L is a compact chemical vapor aluminizing system designed for turbine blades and other high-temperature components requiring aluminide diffusion layers for oxidation and hot-corrosion resistance. It uses a gas-phase chemical process to uniformly treat complex external geometries, internal cooling channels and film-cooling holes. The system features a single reactor, a Φ390 mm work-zone diameter and an adjustable work-zone height of 825–925 mm, making it suitable for smaller components, development batches and production runs that do not require the larger Φ740 × 1000 mm zone of the CVA 440 L.
