It is mainly used to measure the insulation resistance, surface resistance/resistivity and volume resistance/resistivity of solid insulating materials; the instrument has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, stable performance, and simple operation. The maximum range of the instrument is 1017Ω resistance value.
