It uses the differential pressure method for professional measurement of air permeability of battery separators, breathable membranes and related polymer materials.
Test principleUnder controlled test temperature, humidity and ambient pressure, the instrument applies 1.21 kPa and measures the time required for 100 mL of air to pass through a diaphragm with an area of 6.45 cm2.
