This product is a short cylinder cup reducer. Its models includes 14, 17, 20, 25, 32,and the product reduction ratio coverage range includes 50, 80, 100, 120, 160. It is mainly used forlight-load six-joint robot, stamping manipulator, etc. Features 1、High transmission accuracy: Range of single-stage transmission ratio i=30-160; transmission accuracy: 25 arc-seconds; repeated positioning accuracy: 5 arc-seconds. 2、Ultralong service life: Service life of Haozhi harmonic reducer: Above L10: 10,000 h/ above L50: 50,000 h. 3、Tooth profile design: The original SP tooth profile design with a meshing value higher than 30% improves both rigidity and transmission accuracy dramatically. Its rigidity and transmission accuracy are 10% and 20% higher than the highest industrial standard respectively. 4、Special lubricating grease: Special lubricating grease we developed independently is superior in terms of noise reduction and durability.
