The laboratory press is used for the production of all kinds of films or stepped sheets of polymers. These are used to prepare test samples to study the mechanical, electrical, optical and chemical properties of polymers. Upper and lower heated molds are used for the press, and cooled molds are used in the second stage. ABB electricity and 7'' touch screen are used for the control unit. All data can be saved and print. The working principle of the press is to provide smooth surface quality with gradual pressure to stepped sheet and film in desired sensitivity. Electrically heated molds provide highly accurate temperature control. Pressure ramps and duration settings can be controlled by the control panel. CONTROL PANEL Press’ control panel is designed for easy use. Machine settings, alarm page, system settings, input-output monitoring, manual control and working graphic parameter can be seen and controlled by the standard 7" touchscreen.
