The P20 and P40 are optical incremental linear encoders or measuring gauges. The encoders are capable of measuring travel lengths of at most 40 mm and can be placed in a Quality Control Laboratory or on a factory floor. They have ball bearing plunger guides to smoothly operate and highly resist side loads. They also have an internal ASIC to interpolate electronically and reliably. The Models P20 and P40 Measuring Gauges are plunger-type linear optical encoders. They areideal for precise measurement of travel lengths up to 40 mm, and are equally at home in the QClab or on the factory floor.The P20 and P40 incorporate ball-bearing plunger guides for smooth operation and greaterresistance to side loads, and an internal ASIC for reliable electronic interpolation.
