Description

Machine Features
  • Mark barcode, QR code, text, number and other information on PCB/PCBA;
  • Double-sided laser marking using CO2 laser, marking top and bottom sides;
  • Coaxial CCD for positioning and code reading functions.

Applications
Inline marking of PCBs and PCBAs in electronics assembly and production lines.

Brief Description
1. Overall equipment performance
Equipment size: 1100 × 1550 × 1550 mm (excluding fixtures). Color lamp height may vary slightly.
Equipment feature: double-head double-sided marking.

2. CCD positioning and code scanning system
The CCD positioning and code scanning system captures reference points on the PCB by CCD imaging and compensates positional deviation via computer to significantly improve marking accuracy. It reads 1D and 2D codes, uploads data and compares through the MES to verify correct marking and readability. If a code error or unreadable code is detected, the machine will trigger an alarm and stop, awaiting operator intervention.

3. Working principle / workflow
3.1. Power on the whole machine;
3.2. Press the workbench start button to run the workbench automatically;
3.3. The marking unit receives PCBs from the preceding assembly line and automatically positions, marks and verifies both sides with CCD;
3.4. After verification, the board is transferred to the next process;
3.5. Repeat the above steps for continuous operation.

Environmental requirements for equipment use
  • 4.1. Ambient temperature: 15-30 °C; air conditioning required.
  • 4.2. Humidity: 40% - 80%; if condensation risk exists, install a dehumidifier.
  • 4.3. Power supply: 220 V, 50 Hz.
  • 4.4. Power fluctuation: ±5%; install automatic voltage/current stabilizers if fluctuation exceeds ±5%.
  • 4.5. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference near installation (e.g., radio transmission/relay stations).
  • 4.6. Foundation vibration amplitude: < 50 µm; vibration acceleration: < 0.05 g. Avoid nearby heavy stamping or similar machinery. Installation area should be smoke-free and low-dust; avoid heavy-dust environments such as metal polishing/grinding.
  • 4.7. Air pressure: 5–8 KG/cm².
  • 4.8. Some environments require anti-static flooring and enhanced shielding.
