Overview
The SL series semi-automatic loading unit combines automated loading/unloading, vacuum feeding, integrated CNC cutting and material handling into a single production-ready solution. Designed for industrial production lines, it enables semi-automated order-to-process workflows that reduce manual handling, improve throughput and simplify integration with higher-level production management systems.

System Features

Main Parts
The feeding unit comprises a raw material truck, gantry main frame, truss assembly, feeding device with vacuum suction cups, sorting car combination and a centralized control system for coordinated operation.

Gantry
Gantry main-frame components are welded from profiles and undergo welding → rough machining → vibration aging → precision machining to relieve welding stress and ensure positional stability. Bridge beams feature finely machined flat guide surfaces for reliable crossbeam movement.

Truss
The truss assembly includes the truss structure, transmission mechanism, guide devices and bearings. Two servo motors independently drive crossbeam travel and the material-tray lifting mechanism. Horizontal truss motion on the gantry uses cam-bearing guidance for smooth tracking.

Vacuum Suction Cup Feeding Device
The feeding mechanism uses a welded main frame with transmission guides and multiple vacuum suction cups. Each cup is independently controlled by solenoid valves to adapt to board dimensions for fast, accurate pickup. Safety features include travel limit sensors and anti-collision devices for secure lifting operations.

Raw Material Truck
The line includes a 4-ton raw material truck that travels on a guided track for automated material loading. Configured as a raw material or sorting truck, it replaces static storage, enables low-cost automated feeding, and supports centralized or single-sheet sorting workflows.

Cutting Capacity
