Overview
The SLU Series is an automated loading and unloading system designed to perform fully automated pick-up, loading, processing and unloading of sheet materials. It targets high productivity, reduced operational cost and straightforward control to integrate with cutting production lines.

C-shaped Bracket Assembly Line
The main structural parts such as the span beam of the C-shaped bracket are welded from profiles and follow a machining sequence: welding → rough machining → vibratory stress relief → refined machining. This process reduces residual stresses and improves assembly stability.

Loading and Unloading Integrated Device
The integrated mechanism features a welded frame with guided transmission, vacuum suction cups (each solenoid-controlled for adaptive sheet gripping) and a comb-style fork. The fork removes finished or scrap material from worktable gaps via horizontal insertion and transfers it to sorting carts. The mechanism supports precise vertical and horizontal motion for accurate sheet handling.

Effective Layering

Equipped with safety interlock switches and guardrails to prevent personnel entry into hazardous zones and secure safe operation.

Control and Information System
The control architecture is divided into loading/unloading control, cutting machine CNC control and an optional FMS intelligent scheduling/control system. Loading/unloading control manages material warehouse, handling devices and finished-product carts; the CNC system handles laser cutting and automatic table exchange; FMS schedules tasks and coordinates loading/unloading with machines.

Automated Loading and Unloading Control System
The control system uses PLCs over a ProfiNet bus to create a distributed control network. Programs follow IEC standards with modular, upgradeable structure and include self-diagnosis, anomaly monitoring and alarm functions to simplify maintenance.

Optional Systems
  • FMS Intelligent Scheduling and Control System: suitable for 1-to-n cutting production lines; supports marking, dispatch order execution, processing feedback and dynamic task scheduling for smooth linkage between handling system and machine tools.
  • HansAPC-FMS4.0 Flexible Management Control System: includes FMS4.0 and multi-type workstation clients; integrates with ERP/MES/WMS/CAM to dispatch tasks and collect process data in real time.
