Coil-fed laser cutting system combines coil uncoiling and optical fiber laser cutting to achieve fast online cutting, uninterrupted and efficient cutting. It enables flexible production, improves plate utilization, replaces traditional metal molds, shortens production cycles for customized small-batch production and reduces production costs.
Key Features- High-efficiency Decoiling: Four-jaw expanding reel, hydraulically driven, expansion range Φ470–520 mm, suitable for 508 mm coil materials. When equipped with a rubber sleeve, expansion to 620 mm to fit coil materials with an ID of 610 mm. A disc brake device is installed at the tail end of the main shaft to achieve parking braking.
- High-precision Levelling: Six-stack 19-roll leveler suitable for cold-rolled, hot-rolled, stainless steel, galvanized and pickled sheets with σs ≤ 780 MPa. Leveling speed: 0–20 m/min. Leveling accuracy: sheet thickness 1–1.2 mm ≤ 1.0 mm/m²; sheet thickness 1.2–3.0 mm ≤ 2.5 mm/m².
- Single/multi-head Synchronous Fast Cutting: Bilateral cutting of complex shapes in a single pass to reduce production time and increase productivity. Asynchronous dynamic laser cutting with a dual laser cutting head can shape complex parts at once. Nesting software calculates optimized processing routes to maximize material utilization.
- Scrap Shredding: Streamlines remnant material recycling. Crawler-type cutting table equipped with needle plate cutting strips. During processing, the cutting table operates synchronously and at the same speed as the uncoiling servo feeding system. Crushed scrap skeleton is discharged via a scrap conveyor belt and broken into smaller pieces for easier handling and higher scrap throughput.
Optional Configurations- Robotic Auto-unloading: Robotic suction cup unloading and palletizing. The nesting CAM system interconnects with the robot, supports software teaching and guided programming to optimize unloading efficiency.
- QR Code Production Task Input: Quickly insert tasks and orders by scanning bar codes to dramatically save work time and increase production efficiency.
- Integration Marking and Cutting: Singular workflow that combines laser marking and laser cutting; parts can be marked after cutting based on preferred settings.
