With 25 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing industrial trolleys for some of the biggest companies on the planet, so when it comes to making things to compete with the floods of cheap imported trolleys, we were pleased to rise to that occasion. Our team of designers got on the case, with the remit of quality, and add some quality… and this was the outcome. An absolutely bullet-proof basic flatbed trolley, using the same cutting edge manufacturing technique that we use on our premium and premium plus range of heavy-duty platform trucks and trolleys, that produces the main base from a single piece of laser scalloped box section steel. This provides the same beautifully rounded corners that you get on our premium ranges, that provide significantly more strength than a basic mitred corner, with the additional safety benefits that this brings, moreover it’s safer for your facility as the rounded corners don’t gouge holes in your walls, or ankles, and inlaid with a high quality 18mm WBP Ply wood base. The handle slings back from the truck 120mm as stipulated in BS/EN specifications, and sits at a perfect operating height, the handle slots into our standard tried and trusted spigot system. Meaning that the handle can be removed when you want to without the use of any tools and no folding mechanisms that fail after a couple of months. Mounted on high quality 125mm diameter grey non marking wheels, as standard, with two fixed castors at the front end and two swivel under the handle, the swivel castors are also fitted with brakes as standard for further safety.
