Our Industrial 1000kg Turntable Trolley has earned the nickname the 'BIG BOY' thanks to its heavy duty design, reinforced structural strength and high UDL capacity. Often also referred to as a tow trailer, these turntable platform trucks are designed to be pulled along behind the operator using the handle that steers the front two wheels. Industrial 1000kg Capacity This turntable trolley is designed to take heavy loads and is mounted on our own specially designed BIG MUMMA tyres. Each one of these 400mm tyres can safely take up to 330kg by themselves, providing a safe rating above and beyond 1000kg on 4 wheels. Mounted in fully welded and reinforced hubs, these wheels are fitted with a smooth rolling bearing and mounted on a solid steel 20mm axle. Both Axles are reinforced by a combination of different steel supports to provide even weight distribution over the chassis. Heavy Duty Construction This turntable trolley uses our tried and tested method of using a reinforced laser cut single piece box section for the exterior of the frame which gives far stronger structural support than just angle iron used by so many others on the market. The trolley is also given a premium quality powder coat finish, preventing rust and providing far greater resistance to impacts, scratches and marks. It's not only a work horse of a trolley but also a beautiful piece of equipment. Like all of our trolleys the Big Boy really is built to last, and so the trolley has a 5 year warranty.
