The Y2 series is a line of induction motors manufactured by Chinabase. It is a type of completely enclosed fan-cooled squirrel-cage AC asynchronous motors electric motor. The series is designed with IP54/IP55 protection and class F insulation, while the units' efficiency are in compliance with the EFF 2 European standard. They are generally applied as the drive mechanism of different machinery, such as pumps, compressors, machining equipment, transportation system, agricultural mechanism, food processing mechanism, etc. The electric motors have a frame from 80 up to 315, 2/4/6/8 poles, 10/12 poles for frame 280 and frame 355, which is available upon request. They are usable with ambient temperature from -15oC~40oC, altitude of up to 1000 meters and rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz.
