Description

Fine blanking parts deburring and edge rounding machine SD300-WJS+3D is ideal for deburring, edge rounding, and surface smoothening of fine blanking, punching, flat precision machined parts. Applications: SD300-WJS+3D is ideal for deburring, edge rounding, and surface smoothening of fine blanking, punching, flat precision machined parts. It is most suitable and highly efficient for processing high volume fine blanking parts coming directly from the presses. Machine characteristic overview: Wet operation 4 work stations: 1 wide abrasive belt head, 3 planetary disk brush stations. Each work station has individual motorized lifting Standard magnetic conveyor table to reduce minimum part size required. It is capable of processing most of ferrous part. Wet operation to prolong consumable’s life span, and cool down the parts during the process to minimize parts deformation. Water soluble cutting fluid is used Very robust machine structure, low maintenance cost Conveyor feed through type, high efficiency Capable of programing automatic abrasive compensation over a time frame Automatic cutting fluid filtration unit Optional configuration 1. Automatic flipping and looping conveyor. 2. Optional de-magnetizing unit at machine exit.
